    Shiann was born on Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland on September 20, 1988. She attended Emery High School and graduated with honors in 2007. She attended the University of Missouri- Kansas City, then moved home to marry her high school sweetheart Joaquin Ortega. They were married May 21, 2008 and had their first child Irelyn on August 14, 2008.Shiann started her job here in March of 2010 and is now our service manager and orders all parts and handles customer relations. If you ever have a question, call Shiann; she will do her best to help answer any questions you might have.
